Visualegacy offers exchanges but no refunds. If you have received the wrong item by mistake or have purchased the wrong sized garment and wish to exchange an item, please notify us immediately via email email@example.com to organize an exchange. Send us details indicating the reason for the return and including your email proof of purchase with order ID.
A replacement will be sent where the item is still available.
Returns must be sent within 7 days of purchase. Garments being returned must still be in the same original condition, unwashed, and unworn as they were received with all original protective packaging. When exchanging garments please include a self addressed so we can send the item back to you. There are no refunds or exchanges for sale and promotion items.
Please note we can only process the return of items purchased at www.visualegacy.id. Purchases made from other retailer or online store must be returned to the place of original purchase and are subject to the return policy of that retailer.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. We truly regret that we are unable to refund original shipping and handling costs, unless the item was faulty or not as ordered.
